Amanda Stewart brings a background in real estate, business operations, design, and entrepreneurship — with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, several years as a licensed REALTOR® with Royal LePage, and hands-on ownership and management of a residential rental portfolio.

For the past 10 years, Amanda also owned and operated a successful downtown boutique specializing in designer home decor and fashion accessories, which only further fueled her love for aesthetics, interiors, structure, and creating spaces that feel both beautiful and functional. She has a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and an appreciation for everything from well-designed homes to well-designed handbags.

Known for being approachable, efficient, and highly people-oriented, Amanda has experience in real estate transactions, leasing, property management, marketing, and client relations. She thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely enjoys helping people navigate big decisions — preferably with coffee in hand and minimal chaos.

Amanda is incredibly excited to be joining the award-winning Furter Real Estate Team — a team recognized for excellence, professionalism, and exceptional client service across Kingston and the surrounding area. She looks forward to contributing her experience, creativity, and passion for real estate while helping clients feel confident, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout every step of the process.

Outside of work, Amanda spends most of her time with her husband Jakob and their two daughters, Aurora and Aria — who have mastered the art of negotiation far earlier than expected.
