Meet Heather Bennett

Operations Manager

Raised in Eastern Ontario, Heather is fluently bilingual in English and French and brings a  well-rounded, people-first approach to her role as Operations Manager. She has worn many  professional hats over the years—ranging from Cabin Director for Jazz and WestJet Encore to  Parent Therapist for over 23 years as well as also being a successful entrepreneur. These diverse experiences have shaped her into a highly adaptable, customer-focused leader.

Throughout her career, Heather has led numerous sales teams to exceed performance goals  while also managing internal support operations to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day  business. Her strong leadership and strategic thinking have helped drive both growth and team cohesion in a variety of fast-paced environments.

Her leadership extends beyond the workplace—she has spent years coaching and managing  youth in minor sports, where she developed a talent for motivating individuals, building trust, and fostering team spirit. Whether in a boardroom or on the field, she is known for going above and beyond, consistently giving 100% in everything she does.

Today, her passion for sales, lean operations, and client service has found a natural home in the real estate industry. She takes pride in offering personalized, attentive service and thrives in collaborative team settings. In her current role, she will support the Furter team and propel them toward great success through ongoing operational support.

Outside of work, Heather is a dedicated mother of five. She values work-life balance and enjoys  playing women’s soccer, hiking, and camping with her family.
